Frequently Asked Questions
Does the system completely eliminate water discharge?
Yes. Due to the presence of sedimentation septa, hydrocarbon separators, multi-stage filters, Ox-Redox, surfactant reducers, and optional specific treatment units, the purified effluent is used in closed cycle in subsequent washes.
Can the system separate synthetic grease, sludge, aggregates, and biological contaminants?
Multi-stage filters and separation baffles enable the treatment of wastewater even with considerable amounts of inert matter and contaminants. In fact, the larger volume versions have sedimentation chambers and catenaries for automatic extraction of sludge and heavier contaminants. Special optional assemblies also enable the reduction of biological contaminants effectively and safely.
Does the system need frequent maintenance?
Maintenance depends on the use and type of contaminants. Automatic sludge extraction units and maintenance reporting can significantly reduce manual interventions.
Can the system be installed without masonry work?
Certainly; it is possible to install the system on the existing pavement as long as it is sufficiently level and solid.
