Tecnoter Group manufactures high-performance equipment for industrial machinery, hydraulic kits, and other high-tech systems.
ConsultationTraditional control systems, based on the use of foams and large quantities of water injected into the drill hole or onto the material to be crushed, have not only proved incapable of effectively combating the problem but also lead to significant reductions in productivity (tunneling, recycling) or obvious problems with visibility and water supply (demolition at height). The use of the Tecnoter ultra-high pressure system allows dust residues to be effectively broken down using very small quantities of water. The operating principle is based on the use of an electronically controlled high-pressure pump capable of spraying small amounts of water around the point of impact of the demolition tool (hammer, claw, etc.), drawing it from a small tank located on the machine or directly from a connection to the water supply. All parts of the kit are installed inside the excavator and are designed to integrate perfectly with the existing auxiliary line.
The Tecnoter dust suppression system allows high environmental quality standards to be achieved using small amounts of water (generally less than 15 liters/hour) and significantly reducing demolition costs in terms of labor.
Flow rate: adjustable from 0.1 to over 30 liters/minute
Spraying: adjustable in strength and width
Emission points: from 1 to 4
During tunnel drilling operations, the presence of dusty residues dispersed in the air generates significant health risks for workers and significantly reduces the profitability of the project. The dust suppression system produced by Tecnoter, thanks to the use of advanced technology capable of continuously monitoring the amount of airborne particles (optional), allows for the almost total elimination of dust residues without compromising the speed of drilling.
The creation of a “mobile wall filter” ensures excellent results in terms of cost-effectiveness, dust reduction, and adaptability to perforated material.
Traditional systems require a lot of water, reduce visibility, and increase operating costs.
The Tecnoter proactive “smart spray” system sprays water precisely at the demolition point, synchronizing itself.
with the actual moments of dust production.
Results:
The installation of the Tecnoter system on mobile crushing plants guarantees a near-total elimination
of suspended dust, preserving the hourly output of the plant.
The targeted spraying only at emission points and optional environmental monitoring drastically reduce the
water consumption.
The integration of a Tecnoter system into fixed crushing and screening plants represents an advanced and high-performance solution.
Replacing old drip systems and “cannons,” controlled and targeted water misting allows you to:
Do you want to improve air quality and comply with environmental regulations on your construction site?
Contact our team for a free consultation and to find out which dust suppression system is best suited to your machine.
In many construction sites and industrial facilities, dust suppression systems are required to comply with environmental regulations and ensure operator safety.
Maintenance is minimal: the system is designed for continuous and reliable operation, with few components subject to wear and tear.
