Portable Wheel Washing System Series E

The closed-cycle automatic wheel washing systems are belonging to the RC family, built by following the modern design.

Thanks to the complete flexibility, easiness of expansion and particular sturdiness of the structures, the RC systems can easily adapt to the needs of the construction sites and they are able to withstand extreme heavy works.

The RC series wheel washers are characterized by closed cycle washing systems in which the percentage of reuse of the washing fluid can reach more than 95%

The use of RC wheel washing systems helps to protect the environment and good investment over time.

The E series system is composed of a washing line with built-in tank and by one or more storage tanks where both of the poly-electrolyte dosing units and the sludge extraction systems are housed.

The E series wheel washer is particularly suitable to use in sites characterized by a “high flow” of mobile vehicles and a large presence of contaminants and sticky sludge.

The particular characteristics of this system is modularity, versatility, exceptional cleaning power and possibility to use in both underground and above ground area.

This system can be, optionally, equipped with dedicated accessories for reduction of specific pollutants such as asbestos, hydrocarbons, suspended materials, etc.
